What began as a training opportunity gradually became an important professional relationship. From the beginning, Michel showed that she was willing to learn, work hard, and take responsibility seriously. Over time, her confidence grew along with her clinical skills and understanding of how a dental office operates.
Today, she serves as our Lead Dental Assistant. Her role reaches far beyond chairside support. She helps the clinical team stay organized, supports the doctors during treatment, and pays close attention to the details that help each day run smoothly.
Professional Growth of Michel Rojas Millet
Michel completed an associate degree at Compu-Med Vocational Careers, Corp. while continuing to develop her practical experience in dentistry. Her training and daily work have helped her build a strong foundation in clinical assisting, patient support, dental records, sterilization, and office workflow.
Her professional growth has been especially meaningful for us because we have been able to watch it happen firsthand. Each new responsibility became another opportunity to learn. With time, practice, and determination, she developed into a confident and dependable clinical leader.

As Lead Dental Assistant, Michel helps connect many parts of the clinical day. She prepares treatment areas, supports procedures, helps maintain accurate patient information, and keeps communication flowing between the clinical team and patients.
Her experience also includes coordinating patient flow and helping improve daily office processes. Those responsibilities require organization, good judgment, and the ability to stay focused when several things are happening at once.

Michel never sees clinical assisting as only a technical role. She pays attention to how patients are feeling and understands that communication can change the entire experience of a dental visit. She takes concerns seriously and helps patients feel supported before, during, and after treatment.
Her responsibilities include chairside clinical support and helping patients understand postoperative care and oral hygiene instructions. She also works closely with the dentists as they carry out treatment plans.

Supporting Safety and Clinical Preparation
Much of dental care happens behind the scenes. Michel helps maintain treatment areas, instruments, and equipment so the clinical team can work in an organized and prepared environment. Sterilization and infection control are key parts of those responsibilities.
She also supports the team with patient records and clinical information. When diagnostic imaging is needed, she supports the workflow for dental radiographs in Miami and helps keep the clinical team prepared for the next stage of care.
